  • As Creative Services Manager at The Berman Group, Janese collaborates with the Chief of Staff and Creative Directors to support studio operations and resource management, and oversees multi-channel brand initiatives for clients in the real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Previously, she built operational infrastructure for ScientificBrands, generating over $1M in first-year revenue, and led brand marketing programs for Evercore Wealth Management, which increased engagement and consistency across all channels.

    Earlier, as VP, Operations & General Manager at IridiumGroup, she managed finance, HR, and creative delivery for a 20-person agency team.

    Janese holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baruch College with a concentration in marketing management and a Master of Science in Strategic Design for Global Leadership from The New School — Parsons Paris.
